Recovery images are subject to the terms and conditions of the end user license terms. If you need access to a recovery image, please follow the instructions below. 1. Create a technical support case using our Customer Center online portal. Or contact us via phone/email to log your request. 2. Provide the Part Number and Serial Number of the unit that needs a recovery image. 3. When a support case has been created, the End User License agreement will be emailed to you. 4. Return the completed End user License Agreement to us by responding to the case email and attaching the document. 5. A link will be emailed to you providing access to the recovery image. | |
